As Head of Corporate Finance, you will:

• Be responsible for developing financial performance measures to generate data driven business insights in order to monitor and drive business improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with the senior management team and founders, leading preparations of proposals and materials and for board and key stakeholders discussions.
• Lead corporate financial strategies and finance governance.

What are we looking for:

• You will have at least 8 years of leadership experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or relevant services.
• You will be familiar with financial modelling and forecasting processes for a fast-moving business (Investment Banking or Fintech).
• Familiarity with APAC region (especially SEA).
