ABOUT THE COMPANY

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counsel to both the Executive and Supervisory Boards on corporate governance.
- Oversee all corporate legal facets for the GROPYUS group, including structuring financing rounds, group organization, and corporate housekeeping.
- Lead all equity and debt financing legal operations.
- Offer advice on M&A; in addition, you might be required to advise or coordinate guidance on other legal subjects such as commercial law contracts or IP concerns.
- Collaborate closely with our CEO, CAO, CFO, Finance team, and leaders across real estate law, Compliance, People, and other business segments.
- Assemble and steer the Corporate Legal Team, ensuring hands-on solutions for challenges while also mentoring team members.
