Following the promotion of the existing postholder an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Head of Corporate Resilience. This post will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and combines the previous functions of Head of H&S and EPRR Manager into a single position. This is an exciting change for the Trust and would suit an ambitious and hardworking professional with a background in H&S and experience of leading EPRR strategy.
The post holder will be responsible for leading a team of staff that oversee the Trust H&S agenda, ensuring that clinical and corporate teams are engaged, trained and compliant with all matters relating to H&S as well as delivering a robust EPPR strategy including regular table top exercises, reviews and planning events.

This is a senior post reporting to Chief Operating Officer and taking overall responsibility for the delivery of the Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Emergency planning and business continuity within the resilience team at Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will be required to ensure that the Trust meets national H&S standards including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.
