Description:

We are looking for a leader to shape our company culture and employer brand through strong change management practices. In this role, you will lead and own the divisional development and implementation of a positive employee lifecycle, employer branding and attraction, as well as driving a strong organizational culture through employee engagement, evolving the culture towards learning and performance. You are in a key role amplifying our company culture, supporting key business objectives and elevating the company brand to become better every day.
You will be part of the Corporate HR Team and a key member of Uponor’s global HR network. You will report directly to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and you can be located in any European city, preferably in Germany, Finland, Sweden or Poland.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Culture

Employee Engagement

  • Facilitate global employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement, using the data collected to drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Create an engagement group focus program to monitor and put actions in place to support teams with low engagement results to retain employees and give leaders resources.
  • Coordinate with local HR teams to develop activities, events, and community relations opportunities to drive employee engagement and build culture within the local organization.

Values and Culture Movement

  • In coordination with the global HR function, serve as a single point of contact for Culture Movement Change Agents, Culture Ambassadors, HR and Managing Director/Senior Managers.
  • Conduct virtual and live trainings and workshops for different stakeholders - Change Agents, Culture Ambassadors, line managers and employees.
  • Report regularly to Divisional Executive Leadership group.
  • Manage the Change Agent & Culture Ambassador community.
  • Monitor and manage various internal communication channels.
