Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead sales strategy development aligned with PEXA’s growth, focusing on practitioner customers. Drive KPIs, enhance customer engagement, and improve sales performance alongside the team. Ensure collaborative efforts across departments to meet business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute sales and growth strategies for the Practitioner segment, aligning with company objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring continuous improvement and meeting of targets.
  • Enhance customer engagement and retention, particularly in the mass market practitioner segment.
  • Oversee team’s performance, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for sales funnel optimization, lead generation, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead data-driven strategy planning and implementation, focusing on customer needs and market opportunities.
