Mō te tūranga - About the role
As the Head of Customer Propositions in our Funds Management, Product team, you’ll play a lead role in helping to translate the big picture view into what work is required to deliver amazing customer propositions, customer value, and business value. This role is responsible for bringing to life the roadmap for the ANZ Funds Management customer proposition centred on customer needs and solutions - which will evolve based on customer insights, customer behaviour and changes in the market.

Responsibilities:

Have responsibility for achievement of the end-to-end customer value proposition within the Funds Management product team.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams, as well as external partners, to orient teams to develop and deliver on Funds Management purpose-led customer propositions, solutions, and experiences.
Remove and reduce impediments, barriers, blockers and dependencies in relation to bringing customer solutions to market.
Mobilise teams to represent the voice of the customer in every interaction.
Define, execute, and respond to insights to progress against agreed customer outcomes and measures.
Collaborate with teams so that people are clear, focused on the right thing, specifically creating the customer behaviour change required to achieve key results.
Play a key role in driving a high performing team culture, where all team members and stakeholders recognise the importance of their role in delivering value to customers.
Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
At least 10 years relevant professional experience in financial services.
Broad Wealth technical leadership experience
Preferably exposure to design, digital, data, technology, marketing, analytics, strategy, and governance.
Innovation management - a sense about managing the creative process of others and good at bringing creative ideas to market
Demonstrated leadership capability, particularly indirect people leadership across multi-disciplinary teams
Confident senior stakeholder engagement; excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
A growth mindset: Able to anticipate and plan for change; takes a long-term view of business needs; strives for continuous improvement and better outcomes.
Proven track record in building/maintaining strong two-way partnerships, including leveraging internal and external partners as part of co-design and delivery (of customer solutions).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
