QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High level of skill in coaching and developing an active sales and process team.
  • 5+ years’ experience in leading a customer training team/function.
  • Proven record of creating successful internal learning platforms that has contributed to the function’s success
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and their practical application for a mixed, distributed workforce
  • Experience in managing culture change and influencing senior and diverse stakeholders
  • Influencing skills to build relationships of trust and influence with senior leaders
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in MS Office/or similar

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Customer Training to lead the creation and delivery of a comprehensive coaching and training program. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, delivering, evaluating, and continuously improving our sales training to provide a world-class learning experience for our employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing and delivering customer training programs tailored to the specific needs of the business
  • Conducting skills needs assessments / analysis and formulate innovative and concise training programs, tools, and materials
  • Providing strategic and technical advice to influence decisions regarding customer training across IVC.
  • Curating and publishing learning content and materials from various sources, responding to the needs of the business and current trends in the industry.
  • Leading and developing a team of Training Consultants.
  • Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
