Head of Data & Business Intelligence
We are seeking a passionate advocate for data-driven decision-making who will champion its value across all levels and lead our mission to foster a culture of informed choices where decisions are fuelled by data-driven insights.
The Head of Data and Business Intelligence will be the architect of Great Places’ data transformation journey, crafting a comprehensive plan to unlock the power of data; transforming it into actionable insights to propel us towards our organisational goals.
You will play a key role in establishing a robust data-driven culture within Great Places, collaborating with data governance functions to cultivate a sense of ownership and accountability for data across all departments whilst building strong connections with data, analytics, and business intelligence.
Striking the perfect balance between business needs and technological advancements is crucial; you’ll ensure that data solutions align seamlessly with both our strategic objectives and technical feasibility. Through continuous learning and knowledge sharing, you’ll ensure both your team and Great Places remain at the forefront of data and business intelligence best practices.
