Salary: £61,110 dependant on skills and experience
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- A good level of experience in supporting the delivery of medium sized projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a large organisation
- Ability to tailor training programs to diverse audiences and skill levels
- Relevant degree, experience in consultancy or people management position
- Leadership experience in a data-driven environment is a plus
- Experience of working in a Data field is desirable

The Air Data Office team:
As part of the newly established Air Data Office, we are searching for a dynamic Head of Data Literacy to lead our organization’s efforts in fostering a data-driven culture.
As the Head of Data Literacy, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance data literacy across various departments, empowering employees to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Own, develop and articulate the overall data literacy strategy to technical and non-technical audiences within Air
- Socialise a shared data language that will help colleagues be better equipped to optimally apply data to day-to-day work and support a mind-set of data-driven decision-making
- Delivery of data literacy plan, to include design, development, launch, and management
- Ensure we leverage tools and technology for the creative execution of a blended Data Literacy offer
- Engage and build a network of external and internal stakeholders
