We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.
We are proud to be part of Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT), a global leader in processing secure electronic financial transactions. Under their Money Transfer division, Xe and Ria Money Transfer have been brought together to help establish the third largest money transfer business in the world.

You are highly analytical, but also an out-of-the box thinker, excited about being in the trenches with Xe customers and your team, gaining a deep understanding of their motivations, intentions and behaviours allowing us to deliver an unparalleled end-to-end customer experience.
This role will have day-to-day leadership responsibilities leading the dealing team across the APAC region and acting as a conduit between global and regional teams.

Responsibilities:

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborating with sales teams, managing timelines and resources.
  • Evaluating customer needs, conducting product demos, providing technical support, and documenting API integrations

WHAT YOU’LL DO;

  • Work with the APAC Head of Corporate (and others) to develop the strategy and direction for Xe’s Corporate offering, aligning with the Company’s overall strategic goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, and a constant feedback loop into all our operations.
  • Lead and manage the APAC Corporate Dealers (currently a team of 11), developing and implementing a rigorous set of standards, cadence of reporting and 1-1 mentoring to help guide the individual team members in maintaining and growing their books, and progressing their careers at Xe.
  • Manage dealer portfolios, ensuring the best person is assigned to each customer, and managing partial or full portfolio handovers where required.
  • Work closely with the Head of SME to graduate appropriate customers to the managed book, and reduce the service level on certain customers where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to optimise the handover of new clients from sales, ensuring the best customer experience, quickest revenue ramp, and maximum capture of wallet share.
  • Establish and grow new revenue streams within the Dealing Team, including campaigns focused on upselling Risk Management products and generating referrals within the exiting book.
  • Ensure high standards in the Dealing Team are maintained at all times, including the adherence to all Xe policies and procedures, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Operations to ensure an optimised customer experience and improved efficiency and output in the Dealing Team.
  • Regular performance reporting on the APAC managed book to regional and global leadership, as well as input into regular forecasting, and target setting across the team.
