Heimdal® is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, passionate and tech savvy Head of Demand Generation to accelerate our pipeline and revenue growth. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that drive awareness and new demand, and convert in-market demand.
This strategic role requires an individual with strong leadership skills who can work cross-functionally and determine how to best reach, educate, nurture and drive action with our target ICP and buyer persona. The ideal candidate will be extremely entrepreneurial, with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue for B2B SaaS companies. You will own aspects of demand generation marketing, working closely with members of the leadership, sales, and marketing teams.
You will be based out of our office in London or Leicester. You will report into our CMO, Catalin Draghici.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
  • Mastery in developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of content syndication, SEM, paid digital, email marketing and social advertising
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals demonstrated by excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Account-based marketing experience, including strategies, tactics, and technologies
  • Experience working with sales organizations; demonstrated ability to align sales and marketing on common goals
  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly Salesforce and Cloud Account Engagement (previously Pardot)
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
  • A self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Prior computer science or engineering experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, manage, and optimize a comprehensive, full-funnel and multi-channel demand generation strategy that drives predictable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute complex, integrated, and scalable marketing programs to build brand awareness and attract new qualified opportunities across multiple inbound and outbound channels, including content marketing, SEO, SEA, paid media, social media, events, peer communities, email marketing and marketing automation
  • Prioritize and launch marketing programs with a clear focus on maximizing LTV and minimizing CAC
  • Develop and launch account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system to improve lead nurturing, increase conversion rates to marketing qualifies opportunities and improve the integrity of the overall database
  • Design automation workflows that align with campaign strategy
  • Build collaborative partnerships across the organization to identify, launch and refine demand generation strategies
  • Establish internal processes to optimize conversion, get to the root of issues and blockers, and implement intelligent tools and technologies to overcome them
  • Own budget, metrics and foster an understanding of our efforts through great internal reporting and sharing of results
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
  • Build a state-of-the-art demand gen stack of tools and technologies
  • Set a tone of high standards, customer obsession and data driven disciplined decision-making
