Strise is looking for a Head of Demand Gen who will play a pivotal role in owning and managing the entire pipeline together with sales. You will work strategically to develop and implement tactics as well as messaging that attract and build great demand for our products. You will be responsible for targeting, messaging, and understanding our customers’ needs and pain points to help fill our pipeline with deals that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP) and personas. As our Head of Demand Gen, your influence will be critical in ensuring Strise stays ahead with innovative, user-centric products in the global arena of financial crime prevention.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong background in demand generation or digital marketing preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Commercially driven: A proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation strategies driving 3x growth.
  • Customer-obsessed: An in-depth understanding of customer pain points and effective messaging, as well as how to sell it digitally.
  • Tools and AI: Willingness to utilize available tools, including AI, to drive results.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Take ownership of the pipeline by developing and executing strategies that target our ideal customer profile, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • As we continue to scale, you will take lead in spearheading a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Drive and further fuel our allbound strategy, ensure the pipeline is filled with qualified leads, and help facilitate easier sales conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey from lead to customer.
  • Serve as the link between Strise and the external agencies. Be in contact with the agency on a daily basis with new ideas, tactics, and insights.
  • Focus on customer pain points and tailor messaging to address these effectively.
  • Actively engage in all aspects of demand generation, leveraging tools and technologies, like AI to drive results.
