You’d be joining a team of roughly 150 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a results-driven Head of Demand Generation to join our GTM team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building out of demand generation function - developing and executing multi-channel strategies to generate high-quality leads that drive sales growth.
You will be given control of the digital marketing budget to deploy how you see fit to get the right results while managing the funnel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lead generation techniques, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in driving performances across the entire sales funnel.
Despite growing 100% YoY since our inception, our demand generation function is relatively green, and as such presents an exciting opportunity for someone to shape processes, strategies and rubber stamp their brand across the business.

WHAT EXPERIENCE MIGHT YOU HAVE?

What we’re looking for: (But if you’re close… we’d still love to talk to you!)
Experience: Proven industry experience building out and scaling a lead generation function that drives predictable pipeline activity, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Leadership: Established a reputation for driving both strategy and holding team members accountable for great execution.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and guide stakeholders at all levels.
Creativity: Innovative thinker with a passion for developing new lead generation ideas and approaches that glean tangible results, seeing a progressive growth of booked demos.
Can-be-learnts: Don’t worry about the financial technical jargon, we can teach that!
Working Policy:Two days per week on-site in the Fitzrovia office

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build the demand generation function at Wagestream
  • Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system to better nurture leads, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads and improve the integrity of the overall database
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, webinars, direct mail and events. You will have ownership of both organic and paid channels - we will require a mix of always-on and campaign demand programmes to hit our revenue goals.
  • Work with the content marketing and sales teams to develop (write, drive review process, publish) and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
  • Analyse lead generation metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
