Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for an awesomely qualified, hungry Head of Digital to oversee the strategy, planning and execution of all digital and performance investment for boohoo.com internationally. You’ll be responsible for acquisition and retention, demand generation and external partners to drive profitable growth for the brand in key territories. You’ll have a strong team reporting into you with a wealth of experience to help you drive maximum return, optimum ROI and a scalable CPA.
We want to see you develop acquisition and digital brand strategies and performance across biddable/paid media, affiliate marketing, CRM and SEO. In addition to being an expert across the aforementioned areas, you’ll be able to manage a substantial digital budget, have a can-do attitude and be a great communicator at a senior level of the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing of all digital marketing through the above areas
  • Ensuring the business remains on target from an ROI and customer acquisition perspective, globally
  • Provide recommendations to the SLT in terms of strategy and direction
  • Curate and build a streamlined digital structure, driving excellence in your peer set
  • Working with data teams to revise reporting structure, and ensure cohesive measurement
  • Drive change, think outside the box and be a first-class leader for your department and your team
  • Work with partners globally to drive opportunity and growth
