REQUIREMENTS

  • 8-10 year’s experience in a leadership role with a focus on digital strategy and business development within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of successful digital project implementation and business expansion initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent understanding of digital and marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and customer relationship management.
  • Robust analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a keen insight into healthcare market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our strategic goals, maximizes revenue growth, and solidifies our market position.
  2. Business Development: Actively pursue business development opportunities through market research, strategic partnerships, and tapping into new and existing sources.
  3. Manage Budget and ROI: Oversee digital marketing budget allocation, ensure optimal spend across various channels, and measure return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to drive profitability.
  4. Market Research and Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand emerging trends, patient needs, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
  5. Optimize Digital Channels: Manage and optimize performance marketing channels to enhance audience engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  6. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance business growth and technological advancement.
