Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years experience in B2B marketing and sales in a SaaS start up or in an agency working for SaaS start ups
Proven track record of driving B2B top line growth (preferably licence based business models)
Operational experience with lead generation through cold emailing and outbound (no, we don’t want to spam people, but we believe that emailing is a valuable channel)
Experience with social selling, LinkedIn growth and sales tactics as well as relevant smart tools
Operational experience with SEO and SEM
Hands on proficiency with a modern, smart marketing tech stack
Energetic and tenacious personality with entrepreneurial approach and strong growth hacking skills; used to deliver results independently
You are a smart thinker and focussed executer
You love to take ownership and drive results
You have a network of experts that can help and support wherever it might make sense
You are thrilled by the outlook of building the leading community platform with an international scope of enterprise clients
Very good English language skills

Responsibilities:

Enhance our digital presence, ensuring consistent growth in website traffic and user engagement
Drive the generation of high-quality leads that convert into profitable customer relationships
Implement lead and demand generation initiatives to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention
Oversee the creation of educational and product-focused marketing content to introduce new features and drive our growth, including but not limited to blog posts, webinars, case studies, and social media
Implement and utilise analytics to measure marketing performance and the effectiveness of our communication and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the our brand within the media and communication industry, positioning tchop as the go-to-solution in internal communication and community building
Keep up with industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to develop and execute tchop’s marketing plans & strategy
Grow a team of digital marketing experts around you
Collaborate with product teams to understand the product roadmap and identify opportunities to market new product developments
Drive public relation activities to enhance our brand presence, ensuring that we stand out in the software market
Report directly to the founder and CEO
