Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

Lead connected media planning and activation for Danone brands in the UKI and deliver highly efficient and effective campaigns, including retail media, D-Commerce and shopper. Exceed media ROI targets and other channel-specific KPIs and develop plans which fuel our digital ecosystem and drive consumer engagement. Pioneer the development and activation of our data strategy by planning campaigns with relevant, personalised content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team to develop integrated marketing campaigns which deliver against short-term ROI and long-term brand building targets.
  • Work with our global media team to set out the connected media strategy for all UKI brands, applying best-practice guidelines but flexing where appropriate.
  • Ensure that our plans are connected TTL and develop campaign ideas that stretch across all channels, including retail media, D-Commerce and shopper.
  • Build campaigns which drive engagement across our digital ecosystem and set conversion KPIs for all media channels including PR, Social, Search, Websites and Email.
  • Lead planning throughout our ICP process and apply best practice at all stages to drive ROI improvement and deliver high ROAS in performance channels.
  • Work with our media agency to recommend media channel split based on the brand JTBD, focusing on lower funnel conversion and building up to awareness.
  • Oversee briefs, provide feedback on responses, build connected activation plans and ensure learnings are captured through post campaign analysis.
  • Lead the activation of our data strategy, acquiring 1PD, targeting audiences, enriching audiences and building attribution measurement techniques.
  • Lead the development of a connected, retail media strategy for the UKI and ensure this is applied throughout ICP.
  • Establish creative activation guidelines by media channel and asset, working with our in-house production team, to constantly strive for media effectiveness.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship, delivery and performance of our media agency.
  • Build strong relationships with Category Directors and Senior Brand Managers across all UKI brands.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media partners: Meta, Google, The Trade Desk and Teads.
  • Evaluate and report upon the performance of all campaigns against predefined OKRs.
