Description:

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Digital Product. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and user-centric digital experiences.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in product management or related roles, with at least [X] years of experience in digital product development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to product management.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies, including web and mobile platforms, SaaS, APIs, and cloud computing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the digital product portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  2. Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
  3. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
  5. Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
  6. User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, incorporating user research, usability testing, and feedback into decision-making.
  7. Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and analyze product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.
  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers, ensuring their needs and perspectives are considered in product decisions.
  10. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles to product success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
