Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital leader to join the digital & data team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust. This is a key senior role which will lead our digital services team and will be a driving force behind our ambitious transformative digital agenda.
The post holder will be responsible for leadership and management, playing a pivotal role in delivering first-class innovative digital services supporting the Trust. You will have experience of managing complex transformational programmes/projects of work, managing critical systems and knowledge of the Information Governance agenda. You will be highly visible in the organisation and have a real desire for effective working, looking to improve the experience of digital for staff and people under our care.
The post holder will provide digital expertise and advice to the wider Trust, managing the interface between operational service delivery and Digital functions. Working closely with the data team you will put digital at the forefront of our journey.
You will be a strong communicator and able to build relationships across all departments of the Trust and be adept at developing, leading, and motivating teams.
You will be managing our growing digital team and be responsible for the delivery of timely and effective programmes of work . The Team are also growing in size due to a significant organisational investment.

Responsibilities:

To lead the delivery and management of the Digital function.
To develop and implement Trust digital policies.
To manage the recruitment, selection, development and retention of the digital team.
To monitor the performance of the different functions of the digital service delivering upon improvement plans where identified.
Support the Deputy Director of Digital and Data on the development, operational engagement and delivery of the Digital & Data Strategy, and where opportunities exist, do this in collaboration with other partners.
To support operational divisions in responding to recommendations arising from serious incidents or audits including NICE guidance implementation, ensuring integration into Digital systems and processes.
Ensuring internal and external reporting responsibilities are met; providing accurate and timely collation and submission of reports.
To develop effective working relationships with Directors, Operational divisions, Clinical Directors, Commissioners, NHS Digital, NHS Improvement and NHS England, patient and carer groups.
To undertake training and presentations to support the development and leadership of all professional groups across the Trust.
Represent the organisation on behalf of the Deputy Director of Digital and Data at a range of partnership/stakeholder activities and to act with delegated authority when required
