Responsibilities:
The Head of Direct Sales (Mortgages and Personal Loans) will be responsible for the generation of new business in line with Pepper Money’s sales growth strategies through business supply leads and the leadership of Pepper Direct Team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, inspire, and guide the credit team to achieve their objectives.
- To ensure the ongoing and appropriate development of staff to enable them to achieve their full potential
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas that will increase revenue generation
- Define and Implement new initiatives relevant to Pepper Direct
- Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Oversight of the service levels provided to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure that there is strong ongoing communication and managed turnaround times associated with the loan applications.
