Description:
Responsibilities:
- Leading our Omni Channel strategy, engaging with retail operations and store managers to drive our highly successful Omnichannel business model.
- Our ecommerce sales strategy, ensuring Currys.ie is the clear No.1 online Electronics and Technology retailer in Ireland, driving sales and increasing our KPI’s amongst new and existing customers.
- Managing a team of three direct reports within performance marketing, online fulfilment operations & online trading.
- Owning the execution of the end-to-end online customer journey, overseeing the day-to-day site merchandising, maintenance, and optimisation for currys.ie.
- Reporting, translating, and providing actionable insight on trading performance throughout the business on a consistent basis.
- Driving Ireland technical development initiatives with strong internal & external stakeholder engagement.
- Working with the Head of Brand and Marketing to manage 3rd party vendors and the E-commerce marketing budget, ensuring the best value for our investment and highest possible rate of return for the business.
- Collaborating with the Ireland Marketing & Commercial teams to ensure that eCommerce is correctly supported and receiving the right level of investment to drive sales and an enhanced customer experience
