REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrate experience in software engineering, with at least 10 years in the field and ideally 5 years in Fintech environment.
  • Strong technical foundation and hands-on expertise in open-source technologies, cloud strategies, and platform alignment.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization, working collaboratively with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term perspective on market trends and business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and senior executives.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in advancing software engineering practices and adopting cutting-edge tools to support expanding business needs. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning technical solutions with global operating models. You’ll be instrumental in establishing a robust engineering culture, implementing global code repositories, and driving DevOps automation and cloud integration. Additionally, you will design flexible, modular, and reusable business solutions in collaboration with our product delivery and operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance technology capabilities by introducing industry-standard engineering practices and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain a global code repository, automate DevOps pipelines, and ensure data security and encryption.
  • Foster an Agile and DevOps culture within the organization.
  • Build and mentor engineering teams across multiple regions, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to solve business challenges effectively.
