About this opportunity:

Join Ericsson as a Line Manager Supply, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our supply strategy, ensuring customer value and satisfaction through an efficient supply chain. You will collaborate closely with diverse internal teams to fulfill customer orders and deliver finest products in a cost-efficient manner.   • Oversee delivery execution in line with contracts and assignments.
  • Manage Work Level Agreements.
  • Handle customer escalations and participate as a delivery resource in designated areas.
  • Build and steer result-oriented teams; ensure business continuity and balanced scorecard management.
  • Identify business risks; plan and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Implement our supply strategy and promote adherence within your unit.
  • Collaborate with other Functional Areas in Ericsson Business Process; optimize efficiency through digitalization/automation of work.
