Join Ericsson as a Line Manager Supply, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our supply strategy, ensuring customer value and satisfaction through an efficient supply chain. - Oversee delivery execution in line with contracts and assignments.
- Manage Work Level Agreements.
- Handle customer escalations and participate as a delivery resource in designated areas.
- Build and steer result-oriented teams; ensure business continuity and balanced scorecard management.
- Identify business risks; plan and execute mitigation strategies.
- Implement our supply strategy and promote adherence within your unit.
