Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, with a dotted line to the Director of Marketing Operations & Campaigns you’ll be involved in:

  • Developing and executing on a Field Marketing strategy for the Australian & New Zealand market across our key solution suite, in collaboration with the wider global marketing team to ensure consistency across global and field marketing strategies
  • Generating high-quality cross sell leads for our sales team across Agentbox, Console Cloud, InspectRealEstate and MoveMeIn by executing on tactical marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with the Heads of Sales on Franchise-specific campaigns to drive account expansion into our franchise networks
  • Collaborating with the wider field-marketing team to optimise Events & Sponsorships strategies
  • Working closely with the sales & customer success team to develop and optimise enablement collateral designed to communicate our Reapit value proposition and how it relates to each solution
  • Working closely with the Product Marketing team to align Go-To-Market campaigns with Field Marketing demand generation activities
  • Executing on field marketing campaigns, localising content from Global campaigns to support the Global marketing strategy
  • Working with media team to coordinate talent for media opportunities
  • Reporting on overall lead performance for the region to relevant stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Testing and tracking your campaigns performance and evaluate ROI for management reporting
  • Managing the Field Marketing budget, reporting on budget vs actuals to the Director of Marketing Operations & Campaigns
