Actually, we are looking for a

PERSONAL SKILLS:

• Solution oriented reliable communicative personality with the ability to act as a transversal and interdisciplinary leader in the context of change management.
• Leadership skills:
  o Capability to transfer target pictures of a culture change into daily actions personal behaviours
  o Ability to develop people and to make them ready to support achievements and goals
  o Capability to motivate people, to achieve goals within agreed deadlines, to transfer strategic goals into targets and measures

• Management of a team of 6 people
• Analysis of the “As-Is-Situation” in the Finance sector, especially in the Medical Invoicing, the dunning process (Accounts receivable) as well as the monthly closing process
• responsible for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with LUXGAAP
• in charge of the monthly financial-, KPI- and management reporting as well as the group reporting
• responsible for the continuous improvement of accounting processes
• Identification of potentials for optimization, improvement of (interdisciplinary) processes as automation, digitalization and reduction or elimination of manual efforts
• Person of contact for tax consultants and auditors
• participation in projects within the group
