Position Overview: Our client is looking for a Head of Finance to join their dynamic team and lead all financial operations within their organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for education and international experiences. As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting the sustainable growth of their academic internship programs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Qualified Accountant either holding an ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in financial management.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and organisational growth.
