Key Responsibilities

• Own board reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Maintain strong financial control across a multi-site environment
• Lead commercial analysis and provide insight to senior leadership
• Partner closely with operational GMs, marketing and other functions
• Develop Power BI reporting, automation and self-service capability
• Identify practical opportunities to use AI across finance and reporting
• Lead and develop an Analyst while supporting broader finance priorities

About You

• Strong commercial finance experience within a larger finance function
• Comfortable operating across both financial control and commercial finance
• Experience preparing board reporting and senior leadership packs
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash flow capability
• Practical Power BI knowledge, including an understanding of the backend
• Multi-site experience within hospitality, retail, FMCG or a similar environment
