Your role and goals
Productsup is currently seeking a Head of FP&A to join its finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and analysis processes, as well as maintaining up-to-date P&L and cashflow forecasts, working in close collaboration with the CEO, CFO, Senior Leadership Team, and heads of department. Your primary goal is to provide critical insights and data-driven recommendations to aid decision-making at the executive level and support the company’s growth objectives. Heading the FP&A team, you will lead by example and ensure quality of end results as well as efficiency through process optimization, individual coaching as well as respective tools implementation.
