WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have 5+ years in the field(s) of business development, strategy consulting, or performance marketing preferrably in the E-commerce space and you are ideally already managing managers successfully.
  • You must be fully fluent in both German and English.
  • Track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Previous experience in launching and scaling a startup would be an advantage, showcasing an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and addressing challenges in a proactive and creative manner

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand our growth structures (strategically and operationally) to grow the market rapidly with a focus on top line growth as well as bottom line profitability
  • Identify, build value case, analyses, and reports regarding growth initiatives that contribute to significant sales.
  • Generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key sales channels, and players, thus help us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency in Germany.
  • Be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, your tasks will range from user experience optimization to uncovering new sales channels to identifying new product strategy.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
  • Think outside of the box, showing creativity to test & scale ideas quickly to source further growth.
  • Take ownership of new growth projects within the German Market.
  • Lead a big team of business development and marketing manager.
