We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Global Accounting that will play a pivotal role in the organization’s financial management and growth. As our new Head of Global Accounting, you will have a crucial role in ensuring that financial operations are efficient, accurate and compliant with Swedish and international accounting standards, tax regulations and other relevant financial regulations. You will lead and manage the accounting and financial controlling team effectively and make sure efficient accounting processes are in place as well as supportin the company’s growth in different markets and ensure they are adaptable to market fluctuations.
You will report to the CFO and the position is located at Net Insight’s Stockholm headquarters in Solna.

• Act as the Head of Global Accounting in an international setting, ensuring the establishment and scalability of financial processes and systems
• Collaborate closely with business controlling, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure strong financial controls and reporting
• Monthly group reconciliation in line with IFRS and K3 including international tax matters and assume responsibility for transfer pricing processes
• Work with external auditors and implement suggested changes and process improvements based on audit reports
• Drive the transformation of the accounting department into an agile, business-supported unit, automating manual processes
• Support new market teams during their establishment and scaling phases
• Exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to foster high performance
• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyse financial data and communicate findings effectively
