• Set and track global quality targets and KPIs for electronics, software, and drives development projects
• Managing a global team located in Germany, Slovakia and China
• Define, develop, and implement global quality standards, methods, and tools
• Approve project milestones and software releases based on quality and technical requirements
• Define global competence management for quality, including continuous process improvement, and represent department in corporate committees
