As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition (f/m/d*) at Parloa, you lead and oversee our talent acquisition function on a global scale. Responsibilities:

  • Global Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives and growth plans. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and design proactive recruitment plans to address current and future talent requirements.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing global talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to regional talent acquisition leaders, ensuring a unified approach to talent acquisition across the organization.
  • Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage cutting-edge recruitment technologies to streamline processes, enhance candidate sourcing, and improve overall efficiency. Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize the talent acquisition function and stay ahead of market competition.
  • Global Recruitment Operations: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function. Collaborate with HR leaders to ensure seamless integration between talent acquisition and other HR functions.
  • Data Excellence: Operates with a data-first approach, measuring your impact with clear analytics and industry leading benchmarks, plus insights to inform future plans. You demonstrate solid business and leadership judgment, always operating with high integrity and balanced rationale, taking all factors into consideration to make the best decisions.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the talent acquisition process, fostering an inclusive work environment which is aligned to the company strategy.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, technology vendors, and other talent-related service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
