Our Learning and Development business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced individual to join our vibrant office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar role where they have gained knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Head of Group Learning & Developement with XPS you will be:
- Leading on multiple complex projects and delivery according to the brief provided
- Managing external relationships including collaboration with third parties to develop best in class L&D products and services.
- Staying abreast of the latest L&D industry trends and practices thereby creating plans on how to adopt these across the business.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning and development programmes, resulting in continuous improvement.
- Using relevant Management Information to inform decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders i.e. ExCo and design learning interventions for delivery in person or remotely via different platforms.
