Description:
YOUR MISSION
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive B2B & B2C marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization. Drive the development of marketing plans for each of the four brands (Mahlkönig, Anfim, Ditting & HeyCafé) within the group, ensuring consistency and synergy across all touchpoints and focus countries.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of eight marketing professionals based in Germany, UK and US, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to drive performance and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identities for each brand within the group. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Campaign Development: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand and sales awareness, customer engagement, and conversion across various channels, including digital, social media, press & editorial, merchandise, e-mail, education, influencer and event marketing.
- Product Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of product marketing strategies for each brand, including product portfolio, positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market plans. Drive product launches and promotional activities to maximize product awareness and sales.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the group, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, specifically global sales teams, customer service, innovation & technology, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
- Collaboration with external marketing & sales business partners: Foster strategic partnerships with external marketing stakeholders, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify brand presence, expand market reach, and drive sales growth. Coordinate joint marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and co-branded activities.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing touchpoints and provide regular reports to top management.
