We are now looking for Head of GSU MOAI Capability & Transformation. The position is part of the Group Supply MOAI leadership team, reporting to Head of Group Supply MOAI. As the Head of GSU MOAI Capability & Transformation you will lead the capability management in relation to processes and tools within GSU MOAI to ensure we operate our business in the most efficient way and create the best value for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive transformative projects within GSU MOAI
- Ensure efficient capability management between central unit and GSU MOAI
- Push alternative and innovative ways of operating within GSU MOAI
- Understand the business needs
- Understand the best practice process and tools in the industry
- Ensure we have an efficient collaboration with other MA Supply units
- Form productive teams and manage Business Continuity
- Oversee OKR/Scorecard and manage Risks, initiating mitigation actions where necessary
- Drive for a lean and agile Supply Chain while ensuring Supply Process adherence for your unit following the Ericsson Supply Model
