Head of Hospital Administration

Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Rivers Hospital are excited to announce that we are looking for a Head of Hospital Administration to join our growing Operations team.
The Role:
As the Head of Hospital Administration, you will be expected to oversee the daily running of our administration teams. This is a varied and challenging role which will suit a well-rounded individual capable of taking ownership of complex issues spanning multiple departments whilst capably managing resource allocation.
This role will report directly into the hospital Operations Manager and will deputise on administration matters where appropriate. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with managing multi-disciplinary teams.
A working understanding of RTT rules and their business implications will be an advantage, along with experience of managing a bookings function, preferably within a healthcare setting.
