Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a collaborative leader to join our HR team, based at our Head Office in Southbank.
How you will make contributions that matter:

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will lead a small team of business partners and provide both operational and strategic support to your client groups across Corporate, Commercial and Retail. This will include:

• Day to day business partnering at senior level, participating in leadership meetings and understanding the needs and nuances of the business
• Leadership and mentoring of your direct reports
• Collaborating with your peers and the broader HR team
• Managing strategic projects

About you:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a complex, diverse business
• Excellent ability to build relationships and develop a thorough understanding of the business
• Succession planning and project management experience would be well-regarded

You’re comfortable balancing the operational with the strategic and enjoy being hands-on to collaborate with your broader team. A proven mentor, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with ambiguity when required.
