Responsibilities:
Join our team as Head of HR Fleet Systems & Analytics where you will be leading Mistral’s HR IT system development, pioneering state-of-the-art reporting, and championing data-driven insights for Marine HR.
- Actively take the lead for the future development of Mistral as the driving HR IT system and monitor the service desk
- Establish an accurate; state of the art HR Reporting; Identify new and innovative trends and technologies, Drive dashboards and KPI reporting
- Actively support Marine HR in delivering high quality and efficient data analytics services through innovative approaches
- Investigate possibilities to use AI in the HR process landscape and develop implementation plans
- Steer and actively contribute to current and future HR Projects; represent CMG in various working groups as required
