Responsibilities:

As Head of HR for Manx Care, you’ll be at the forefront of driving change, fostering a vibrant workplace culture and leading transformation. Collaborating closely with the OHR Business Partners and Manx Care Leadership Team, you will help to strategically shape the future of Manx Care and the Office of Human Resources. Your main goal will be to enhance the recruitment, development, management, and retention of Manx Care staff.
