Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for setting the tone on all ‘end-to-end’ transactional HR processes and procedures to ensure a seamless, efficient and compliant operation across the Jumbo Group.
You would work closely with the P&C Leads, in-region Leaders and HR representatives (Australia, Canada and the UK) to ensure HR Services are delivered in accordance with country legislation and aligned with the organisational needs of the region. HR Services include the management of HR systems, HR operations, compliance, WHS, and employee relations.

As well as:

  • Drive delivery and functional excellence across HR Services through performance metrics and reporting, ongoing trend analysis, identification of improvement opportunities and leading team rhythms and routines.
  • Sponsor initiatives across the HR Services team to optimise the utilisation of existing processes, practices, and systems through a partnership with P&C Leads and HR representatives.
  • Oversee HR compliance, including HR policies and protocols, employment contracts, workplace safety, rights to work, and regulatory reporting.
  • Oversee WHS, including the design and implementation of initiatives, assisting with audits, inspections, and observations to ensure sites are meeting the requirements of WHS legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR operational risks (inc. employment relations) and controls are managed under relevant legislation.
  • Give key insights and support the delivery of the HR Systems roadmap as required.
  • Provide management to the Australian HR representative and other operational team members (Office)

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000+Super based on experience
