AS HEAD OF HR OPERATIONS, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TOGETHER WITH A TEAM OF HR MANAGERS WILL BE MANAGING ALL HR PROCESSES ACROSS THE ENTIRE EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE TO DRIVE AN EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE IN OUR 6 COMPANIES. YOU WILL WORK VERY CLOSELY WITH THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT OF ALL COMPANIES INCLUDING OUR 2 FOUNDERS. WE ARE GROWING QUICKLY AND ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED HR LEADER WHO WANTS TO CONTRIBUTE TO OUR HYPER GROWTH PHASE.

• You will ensure efficient delivery of HR support for our staff (currently about 300 employees, mostly in Germany but with a growing presence e.g., in the US and APAC)
• You will focus on creating an exceptional employee experience based on well-designed, highly automated end-2-end HR processes to contribute to work satisfaction and retention
• You will lead projects aimed at ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence particularly through process digitalization and automatization
• You will ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll activities being executed by our external service provider
• You will ensure excellent quality of data handled by the team in accordance with Data Privacy rules
• You will take over operational HR tasks on a regular base as well - depending on team capacity and volume of requests
• You will ensure the development and engagement of team members like e.g., recognition, performance reviews, promoting career development and giving space for personal and professional growth
