We are looking for a Head of Human Resources who will be responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies and programs that align with the company’s goals. The Head of Human Resources will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and implementation.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in leadership positions, strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should also have a high level of integrity, be able to handle confidential information professionally, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Head of Human Resources or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and implementation
  • Highly skilled in technology, with a hands-on approach and expertise in adopting emerging tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex HR issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall mission and goals
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions
  • Lead employee performance management and development programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and training and development opportunities
  • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and align with the company’s goals
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage and oversee the HR department, including managing a team of HR professionals
