Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the People agenda for the Asia Pacific region in accordance with business priorities
  • Responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of the full spectrum of HR in areas including but not limited to performance management, learning and talent development, hiring, employee engagement & relations, compensation & benefits, with the support of a small HR team
  • Play an advisory role to business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives. Act as point of contact for complex HR issues, providing advice as appropriate based on local laws and legislations
  • Collaborate with Global HR to offer HR services aligned with global and corporate standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 12 to 15 years solid commercial HR experience across the full spectrum of HR.
  • Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
  • Sound working knowledge of laws and regulations across APAC.
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
