Responsibilities:
OVERALL ROLE DESCRIPTION
Accountability to develop and execute Chubb Singapore’s distribution strategy & financial plan for our Independent Distribution Partners (Insurance Agents, Financial Advisors & selected independent Brokers). This includes the financial growth of this distribution network, as well as expanding the number of partners producing premium for Chubb. The role leads a team of business development managers who manage the operational engagement with partners.
Accountability to drive IDP performance against plan and operational targets through:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Agency channel business leadership
- Implement and monitor agency management best practices:
- Development and management of Chubb IDP team, including:
- Reporting and Compliance
- Develop and deepen IDP opportunities for Accident & Health, Property & Casualty and International Personal Line
