We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Influencer Marketing to join our team in our Leeds office.
With big growth plans for our Influencer Marketing team our Head of Influencer Marketing will play an essential part of growing our team and our service offering. We already work with some huge names, and you will be key to expanding our client base. Not to mention you will be working for one of Prolific Norths top 20 digital agencies!
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4 years’ experience in a influencer / organic social role
- At least 3 years experience of client communications
- Strong understanding of how influencers can be used to work at all levels of the funnel and associated KPIs.
- Understanding of all major social media platforms and how they work
- Understand what makes good social (brand and influencer) posts
- Confident communicator and ability to build relationships
- Be creative to generate strong ideas that will capture attention and perform
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlines
- Creative, yet analytical way of working
- Growth focused & always willing to embrace a challenge and learn with a curious nature
- Collaborative worker and all-round team player
Responsibilities:
- Have a vision for and develop our influencer and organic social offering in line with our overall social proposition, and paid social team.
- Be instrumental in generating and delivering new business and growing our influence social revenue
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and explore new opportunities and suppliers.
- Develop and nurture influencer and influencer management relationships and attend key events
- Develop connected strategies with other channel teams
- Work with the Strategy and Solutions team to ensure we are measuring effectiveness via the c3 framework for both paid and organic campaigns.
- Develop high performing campaigns and strategies
- Work with the paid social team to amplify campaigns successfully, and to deliver influencer creative to boost paid performance
- Maintain an overarching view of all clients influencer and organic strategies and performance ensuring best practice is adhered to.
- Regularly perform strong data analysis across campaign posts and influencers
- Be ultimately responsible for influencer and organic social budgets across all clients, and ensure influencer invoicing happens in a timely manner
- Drive expertise through testing frameworks.
- Hands on execution and delivery of campaigns as required
- Line manage, train and mentor the Influencer Team
- Effective delegation of tasks to the Influencer Team
- Increase visibility of influencers and organic social within c3 and our successes and generate case studies around successes.
- Proactively increase visibility of c3 and influencer thought leadership across our social media channels and marketing, including posting, blogging & speaking
- Generate channel awards entries for submission through Sales and Marketing.
