Terveystalo Business IT & InfoSec is seeking an experienced

HEAD OF INFORMATION SECURITY

to lead and manage our Compliance & Security Centre. We’re looking for a candidate with a wide knowledge and a proven track record from the infosec field who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
The team consists of highly skilled compliance and information security (administrative and technical) professionals. Teams mission is to keep our operation compliant from both, business contracts and regulation point of view, and keep information safe in the rapidly developing environment. This is a key role in shaping the future direction of this area in the company but also within the industry. You will be reporting to Terveystalo group’s Director, Business IT & Security.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the compliance & information security team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop KPIs and goals for this domain.
  • Provide technical leadership to the team and lead by example.
  • Develop, maintain, and review an information security architecture that aligns with Terveystalo’s overall strategies and goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
  • Create, update, and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with national & EU regulations and standards.
  • Work closely on this with the Legal & Data Protection team.
  • Detect and respond to security incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to mitigate threats.
  • Educate the company on security issues, and foster a culture of security awareness and individual responsibility.
  • Liaise with senior leadership and other stakeholders, reporting regularly on established metrics within the security field, the risk landscape and the effectiveness of security policies.
  • Plan and allocate budget resources for the compliance & information security area.
  • Act as a principal infosec ambassador in the company.
  • Represent Terveystalo Compliance & Security Centre in selected external forums.
