Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate candidate (m/f/d) that can lead a professional and future-oriented cloud product management unit. Ideally, you bring a track record in leading multi-national cloud and state-of-the-art SaaS units and are used to working in a fast-paced and agile organization. You will need to drive your organization towards a true SaaS mindset and setup, and quickly establish credibility and trust with key SAP leaders, product marketing and product management teams, engineering teams, customers, and your future peers. As a manager, you will have a CEO mindset, meaning you have accountability for driving success and growth of your respective product area.
Your future product management team enables the SAP S/4HANA organization for data- & analytics-based product steering enriched by product experience feedback. By gaining and utilizing persona and use-case specific insights, we advance the steering of our product direction and prioritization, improve the product and ultimately drive customer satisfaction. The team works hand-in-hand with the S/4HANA Cloud product managers. Therefore, expertise in one or more of these topic areas is an advantage.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Head of Insights & Experience (m/f/d) will report to Sabrina Kunze, Head of Service Centric and Cross ERP and lead a team across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a highly motivated and world class product management unit with focus on equipping the S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition product management team with insights and experience data that impact their-day to-day work throughout the product lifecycle.
- Run a community within the stakeholder network that is active and engaged
- Create relevant dashboards, reports and KPIs in partnership with the product management leadership team; learn and adopt
- Balance reactive data insights with proactive insights to ensure we see what happened, but as well what is upcoming or trending
- Evaluate new tools to make sure the teams act on the best technical framework possible and drive tool improvements
- Understand your stakeholders’ needs and support turning them into solutions from concept through to requirements, design, and delivery, collaborating with engineering and other stakeholders
- Create a highly innovative team with strong focus on Employee Engagement and leadership NPS
