Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand the existing client base that requires hedging, income growth and speculation.
  • Understand the investment objectives, risk appetite, and requirements of new and existing institutional clients, such as brokers, investment fund managers, corporate service providers, and fund administrators, and establish and maintain strong relationships, rapport, and credibility with them.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets.
  • Provide seamless execution and delivery of services to clients in collaboration with internal teams such as operations, information technology, legal, and risk management.
  • Assist with generating brand awareness and leads for the institutional business in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Develop and implement new processes and functions in accordance with the offerings and/or the clients’ needs.
