Description:

Archibat HR Asia is looking for a “Head of Interiors” for a Star Architecture firm to be based in their Singapore office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, business development, project management, and client servicing within the interior design industry.
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of the interior design industry landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing teams and overseeing office operations.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
    Position is to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

The ideal candidate will possess at least a decade of relevant experience in contract negotiation, business development, project management, and client servicing within the Interior Design industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee contract negotiation with clients, ensuring that projects meet objectives and client requirements within budget and timeline.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Collect and track project fees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Drive business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio and market reach.
  • To manage and oversee projects and client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop office members.
