Head of IT

We’ve launched an ambitious new digital strategy and are looking for an experienced Head of IT to help us deliver it. Our IT infrastructure sits at the heart of our organisation, helping us provide a fantastic learner experience, improve ways of working and enabling us to achieve our strategic priorities.
You’ll report to the Deputy Principal: Curriculum & Quality and will work as part of the Senior Management Team.
An inspiring leader, you’ll manage the IT team creating an environment where they are encouraged and supported to produce great work. You’ll come with significant experience in a leadership role within IT and a track record of successful strategic planning and execution. You’ll also have experience of developing and implementing effective IT initiatives, policies, and procedures linked to strategic priorities.
